Joseph G. Bowes – President
Mr. Bowes has over 20 years experience with growth stage and
technology driven companies and has served as an officer and
director of several publicly traded companies. As a senior officer
and/or director, Mr. Bowes was directly involved in the start-ups of: a
rapidly growing consumer finance company based in Clearwater,
Florida, USA; an internationally based company providing video
cassette rental services through more than 4,000 convenience store
locations throughout North America; and, a franchisor involved in
development and marketing of employee training through a
franchise network it established in Canada and the US. Mr. Bowes,
a chartered accountant by training, has an MBA from the University
of Western Ontario, and has over 18 years executive level business
experience, including 4 years with the business and financial
management consulting practice of PriceWaterhouse Coopers.    
           
     
Dennis Tan – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Tan’s technical experience ranges from the banking sector to
the emerging wireless Internet industry. Based in Singapore as VP -
Technical Operations for 5G Wireless Communications, Mr Tan
was closely involved in the early implementation of commercial
wireless Internet access networks. He has assisted in the design
of several wireless network projects, including hotels and
convention centres. He also has extensive experience in testing,
debugging and maintaining fully operational network systems.
Mr Tan is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a  BA in
Economics. He also holds a post-graduate qualification from the
Information Technology Institute in Vancouver, BC.
